Shipping

Bukker offers shipping to United States and Canada. The usual delivery time is between 4-10 business days for the United States and 2-7 business days for Canada. The delivery costs are fixed according to the place of dispatch:

• $25 - Quebec
• $30 - Canada
• $60 - United States
• $80 - International

Shipping is free for all orders over $250 before taxes.

Returns

You may return any unused product for exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the transport costs for the return, except if the product is defective or an error occurred during your order.
