Refund policy

You may return any unused product for exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the transport costs for the return, except if the product is defective or an error occurred during your order. Only products in perfect condition will be accepted for exchange. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note that a delay of up to 14 working days may be counted before the refund can appear on your bank statement.
